UK Delivery Charges
Free Delivery – with mainland UK orders over £100
Our free delivery service will be with you within 2-4 working days. Your package will be sent using a courier and will require a signature. You will be able to track your parcel via the link that will be sent in your despatch email as soon as your package has left our warehouse.
Standard Delivery – Tracked – £3.99
Orders sent using our Standard service are delivered by Royal Mail tracked or DPD. Your package will be with you within 2-4 working days and may need a signature. You will be able to track your parcel via the link that will be sent in your despatch email as soon as your package has left our warehouse.
Next Day Delivery – £6.99
This service is only available for UK mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands and the following postcodes: AB1-99, BT1-99, DD8-11, GY1-99, HS1-99, IM1-99, IV1-23, 25-27, 30-32, 36, 40-56, JE1-99, KA27-28, KW1-3, 5-17, PA20-49, 60-78, PH19-26, 30-44, 49-50, PO30-41, TR21-25, ZE1-99.)
Orders sent using our Next Day service are delivered by DPD. Your package will be with you the next working day after you place the order (if placed before 2pm) and will need a signature. You will be able to track your parcel via the link that will be sent in your despatch email as soon as your package has left our warehouse. Please note that this does not apply to personalised or made to order items. Orders placed before 2pm on a Friday will be delivered on the Monday (or on the Tuesday if Monday is a Bank Holiday)
Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands
Next day delivery is not available. You will be able to track your parcel via the link that will be sent in your despatch email as soon as your package has left our warehouse.
Overseas Delivery Charges
We are currently only able to send orders to Europe.
Delivery will take around 5 working days but may take longer due to local customs procedures.
Please note that we are unable to despatch certain of our products overseas due to shipping restrictions.

Delivery outside Europe
Our website is currently set up for delivery within Europe only due to the wide range of products we sell and different rules for exporting different products to countries outside of Europe.

We have worked hard to ensure that the products we offer are of high quality, described accurately and packaged to arrive in one piece so that returns and the resulting carbon footprint are minimised.
We hope you are satisfied with the order you have received but if you’re unlucky enough to receive a damaged or faulty product, or you’ve changed your mind, you can return it free of charge (*UK Mainland only). All other returns are at the sender’s cost unless the item is damaged or faulty in which case please contact customer services on email@example.com before returning your item.
Products need to be returned to us in a saleable condition, in their original unopened, undamaged packaging within 30 days of the order being despatched. We will either issue a product refund or exchange, as requested on this form. Your original delivery charge will not be refunded unless the item was faulty. Certain products are non-refundable for example food, perishables, personalised products and personal use products such as earrings unless the product is faulty. This will be indicated on the relevant page of the website.
Extended Christmas Returns Period
Our extended Christmas returns run between the 15th October and the 15th January.
How to return a product to us:
Contact our customer service team on 03300 582 744 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for a Free Returns Label (UK mainland only). Attach the Free Returns Label (UK mainland only) and send this form along with the returned product using the address below. Please note, you are responsible for the goods until they reach us which is why it is still important to obtain a Certiﬁcate of Posting from the Post Oﬃce, so you can make a claim if the package is lost during its journey back to us. If you are outside the UK mainland you will be responsible for the cost of returning any items to us. Please include a returns form and return your items to the address below.
Damaged or Faulty: In the unlikely event that a product is faulty, please contact our customer services department on 03300 582 744 or email email@example.com. We will exchange or refund any faulty goods at our expense provided they have not been damaged through misuse. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
